JHS, Inc does not charge or estimate based on an hourly rate. We have tried this in the past and come to the conclusion that it is an unfair pricing technique for both the customer and the serviceperson.
We have spent countless hours and days calculating all costs that keeps this company in lawful operation to provide proper, legal service to our community.
We do have a minimum service call to perform work for any customer. This minimum charge is $350 per day. This minimum charge is not applied to estimates or consultations with customers.Â
Because we must follow this minimum daily charge, we recommend that our customers think about the work needed at their home and bundle extra work that may make this minimum worth their time with us.
